THE WATCH STRAP I BOUGHT IS TOO LARGE. HOW DO I ADJUST IT TO FIT MY WRIST?
We suggest having a jewelry/watch store in your local town or mall do it for you. It should not be expensive and sometimes they even do it for free since it is not a extensive job to do.
If you want to do it yourself, it is easy to do as well. You can YouTube or look up how to do it yourself. You can push a small pin into the holes on the left side of the straps near the clasp to push out the metal bar that connects the links. Once the link is removed, reconnect the strap with one of the metal bars you removed.
I HAVE SMALL/LARGE WRISTS. WILL YOUR WATCHES FIT?
All wooden/metal strap watches on our store, come with removable links making them fully adjustable to fit all wrist sizes. Our leather strap watches have more than enough holes making them suitable for everyone!
We highly recommend taking the watch to a jewelry/watch store in your local mall who'll do it for you! It's fairly cheap and sometimes they even do it for free since its such a quick job.
ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?
NO!!! Getting rain or having a small amount of water get on the watch will not hurt it, washing your hands is completely fine! Dropping your watch into a pool or getting it soaked may cause damage. Tubing around a lake or wakeboarding with a wood watch on is not recommended.
***Considering 100% natural wood use in the products we sell, extended amounts of time to water isn't recommended. Over time water will leak into the wood and can leave stains.
WHAT'S THE DIAMETER OF THE WATCHES?
Usually they are 44mm in diameter. All sizing details are listed on the product page under "Description". If they are not and you are very curious you may email me at ddwristgrains.com and I can send you the size information.
WHAT MOVEMENT POWERS THESE BEAUTIFUL WATCHES?
Most of our watches are high quality, high precision and accuracy, Japanese Quartz Movement.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We also accept payments through PayPal.
1) Visit us at www.ddwristgrains.com, and find the item(s) you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item to get to the product page.
3) Select the variant you'd like.
4) Click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
5) Click on 'Cart' at the top right corner of the page.
6) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details.
When your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number.
HOW DO I REDEEM A COUPON CODE I HAVE?
When you click on "Add to Cart", the product you are viewing is added to the cart. From there you can either continue shopping to add more products to the cart or checkout.
Once you have added all the products you like to the cart, click on the cart icon at the top right corner to checkout. All items should now be included when you checkout.
To redeem a coupon, simply type the code on the checkout page, there is a text field This code will apply to the total value of your cart. Unless you have already used the code or are already using another discount code. Discount codes DO NOT COMBINE TOGETHER.
HOW SAFE IS YOUR WEBSITE?
All payments are processed by Stripe, it is a trusted and secure platform. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by Stripe.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
We are not responsible for any misreadings/misunderstandings or if you selected the wrong color/version for your order by mistake.
MY CURRENCY IS NOT USD, CAN I STILL ORDER?
Yes you still can order. The item price will always be in USD regardless of your currency though.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We use free Shipping on all watch orders and free + shipping on bracelet orders. We NEVER charge you twice for the product and the shipping. All you have to do is place an order and we deliver the package to your door. For further information please visit our Shipping Page.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-7 days of payment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive the package within 1-4 weeks of your order date. Please note that in some cases, transit time may be as short as 10 days, while in the rarest cases, it may be as long as 60 days.
I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER! WHERE IS THE REST?
Sometimes when multiple products are ordered they may ship in separate packages due to size, our shipping cost or inventory. In this case, you'll receive tracking number for each parcel.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. The tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email that we send to you. Please read below for more on tracking.
THE TRACKING SAYS "NOT FOUND"! WHAT DO I DO?
The tracking requires up to 10 days to update once the order is processed. Processing time can take up to 7 days. Please wait until it has updated.
If the link provided is not showing a result after 10 days of you receiving the shipping confirmation, please enter your tracking number on this website instead - 17track.net
Be assured your order is on its way even though there might be some tracking issues. We have never had a package not reach its destination.
